Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
By signing up for any paid Lion's Paw Academy tier (Builder, Pro, Trader, Lifetime, or any annual or one-time plan), you receive immediate access to:
• Proprietary curriculum, codebases, and prompts
• Private Discord and platform community
• Live recordings, downloadable lesson materials, and agent configurations
• The full SSS Protocol methodology and supporting infrastructure
Because access to this intellectual property is granted immediately upon successful payment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for any reason after access has been granted.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent any future charges. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you will not be billed again after cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prior charges, including charges for the current billing period.
To cancel: log in to lionspaw.ai → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is also available directly through your Whop account dashboard.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card network or bank after receiving access constitutes a breach of these terms.
If a chargeback is initiated, Lion's Paw will provide your card network and Whop with proof of access, including but not limited to: account creation records, login history, content consumption logs, lesson and module download history, and any other evidence of platform use.
Members who initiate chargebacks may have their account access revoked and may be banned from re-purchasing any Lion's Paw products in the future.
Exceptions
The following limited exceptions apply:
• Duplicate charges: if you were charged more than once for the same membership in the same billing cycle due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
• Failed access: if a verifiable technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing any of the materials you paid for, we will work to restore access. If we cannot restore access within 14 days, we will issue a refund for the affected billing period.
These exceptions are evaluated case-by-case. Email support@lionspaw.ai with full details and supporting evidence.
Advisory and One-on-One Sessions
Booked advisory sessions (1:1 calls, code reviews, custom consulting) follow a separate cancellation policy: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. No-shows are non-refundable. This advisory-specific policy is stated at booking time and does not extend to subscription products.
